Fine and sunny conditions on the first day of winter allowed for an enjoyable outing at Lake Keepit, as Reflections Lake Keepit hosted an open day last Sunday.

Attendees including numerous families converged for the event featuring sack races, egg-and-spoon races, a jumping castle, hobby horseracing, bust a balloon, and live music.

Caps, hats, toys and other products were also available for purchase.

Staff at the pizza van and the kiosk were kept busy, and Carroll Public School staged a raffle.

Wilderluxe tours were also held.
