Mothers, grandmothers, and special ladies associated with the school were in no hurry to leave the Boggabri Sacred Heart School’s pamper session presented by the students and staff for Mother’s Day.

The ladies were spoilt for choice as they moved around the pamper stations with excited and enthusiastic students wanting everyone to enjoy the morning.

A beautiful photo booth set the theme with families taking advantage of a photo with loved ones.

Teena and Alexia Swain.

Students couldn’t wait to paint their family’s fingernails. Numerous shades of pink, from light to bright or maybe a glitter finish was the order of the day.

One of the boys thought it would be a good idea to paint their great- grandmother’s toenails but were convinced a hand massage with sweet smelling hand cream would be appreciated rather than Marmar taking her shoes and socks off and sitting with her foot up on the table.

Georgie Carrigan, Kate, Alice and Grace Groves.

Neck and shoulder massages were popular with both students and adults alike.

Outside in the garden, children and adults could relax and ask each other questions about their interests.

High tea was available. Tea was served in fine china cups with delectable cakes, slices, and sandwiches. Coffee or a hot chocolate was also available.

The school community would like to wish all mothers and mother figures a very happy Mother’s Day and thank them for supporting the school and participating in the pamper session.
