Glenlea Beef will take over the old charolais site R29/30 at AgQuip this year.

Glenlea Beef is a 1000 head Charolais seedstock business owned and operated by Roderick Binny and his team, with properties on the North coast, New England and Coonabarabran.

“We are really looking forward to sharing our double smoked beef with all attending this year’s field days,” Roderick said.

This is our first year of operating the site as a solo stud operation and our food we have planned to impress.

We will also have a guess the weight competition with great prizes, and some of our Red charolais on site to show what direction our breeding program is going. Great tasting beef is the end product we always have in mind.

Our branded Glenlea Beef is a special cut, smoked with Ironbark and Gidgee wood to enhance its natural flavour and add the extra depth and richness of flavour that can only come from beef, smoked low and slow in a wood fired smoker!

With the team from Glenlea Beef operating this site, a full revamp of the food on offer has been undertaken.
