CJ Baldry is the new Gunnedah Chamber of Commerce president.
As director of the Allied Partnerships Australia, CJ steps into the chamber role after serving several years as vice president.
APAus specialises in improving business operations, compliance and employee safety across high-risk industries such as mining, construction, agriculture and health services.
According to the Gunnedah business chamber, CJ’s expertise includes risk management, quality assurance and human resource consulting, with a strong focus on creating safer and more efficient workplaces.
The chamber described CJ as passionate about helping businesses mitigate risks and achieve sustainable growth, particularly within regional communities.
On the accepting the committee position at the chamber’s AGM, CJ thanked outgoing president Ben Hennessy for standing as a voice for the business community.
She also said there would be a targeted effort in the next 12 months to retain and build its membership base among young business leaders.
