Gunnedah’s four senior cricket teams are set to return to action this Saturday, following last weekend’s general bye for the Australia Day weekend.
Whereas Gunnedah’s first and second grade teams previously played on January 18, this coming Saturday will be the first time the third and fourth graders have played since December.
Gunnedah’s first and second graders will oppose Old Boys in the one-day format, with the firsts at Wolseley Park and the seconds at Kitchener Park.
Gunnedah’s third and fourth graders will oppose City United and Bective East in T20 fixtures, with the thirds at Chaffey Park and the fourths at Riverside.
With Gunnedah taking part in the Tamworth District Cricket Association (TDCA) competition for the first time this season, the four teams will aim to move higher up the ladder as they currently sit at or near the foot of each competition ladder.
