It was the fifth time that the U10 girls division had a Gunnedah winner and runner-up, while May 25 was the second time Belle was runner-up to Millie after Belle won the division in round one.
George’s triumph was his second in the open men’s division while it was the second time Matt was the runner-up in this division, having also won it once.
Adalie placed second in the U12 girls, while Molly achieved the same placing in the U14 girls for the second time after also winning it once.
Sophie’s consistency in the U16 girls division was notable as it was her second runner-up position, to go with three wins.
Tournament director Dale Martin said the weather was good while “all the kids had a good day’s tennis”.
