The Gunnedah Bulldogs and Poochettes AFL teams head to Tamworth this Saturday for round six of the North West competition, following last weekend’s general bye.
It will be the second time this season that the Gunnedah teams face the Tamworth Kangaroos, with the two clubs having also squared off on Tamworth soil back in round two.
The Bulldogs sank to a 78-point loss, while the Poochettes had a 26-point victory.
The Bulldogs are yet to win this season while the second-placed Poochettes have won their three matches since starting their season with a loss to the top-placed Inverell.
The Kangaroos sit third on both the men’s and women’s competition ladders.
The Gunnedah Bulldogs and Tamworth Swans contest the ball in a recent AFL outing on Gunnedah soil.
