From bestselling author Hiro Arikawa comes The Passengers on the Hankyu Line (AF ARI).

Set in a famously scenic railway line in Japan, readers will follow the lives of five very different commuters. As the seasons and landscapes change, passengers jostle and connect, as this gentle timeless train carries each one forward towards the person they intend to become.

For young nature lovers, The Bee Squad (577 FRI) by Judy Friedlander will help your biodiversity journey.

It covers how to assemble a nature sleuth toolkit, plants to attract pollinators using a tally sheet for flora and fauna sightings, and how to ace your wildlife photography. The best part is you don’t need to live near a national park or protected area to get involved – you can make a difference from your balcony, backyard, local park or school!
