Citizens Against Daylight Saving (CADS) are now “demanding a four-year trial, without daylight saving”.
If and when Queensland goes into daylight saving (DLS) time, then all states will have no choice but to comply.
From 1996 to 2026, 30 years of knowing that the EU’s European Union plan was, and still is, for daylight saving to be in all year 24/7.
In the same timeframe, CADS have called for a national inquiry into medical evidence and also mental and physical health that changing our body clocks and circadian rhythms has created a need to be investigated.
All our medical evidence has been ignored, and made worse, by the six month extensions of daylight saving. Also concerning, we have lost 180 hours of morning sleep, 12 months daylight saving time would be 360 hours.
