Having noticed the clock time just now but on looking outside, lovely morning light – 6am! No way – still very dark so how ridiculous this clock-change time still ruling our lives when we should be able to wake easily, refreshed for a new day.

Isn’t the time now, to stop this ridiculous clock change, get back to normal body-clock time, not this so-called ‘daylight saving time’. The changed clock time so-called ‘daylight saving’ time does not go hand in hand with the human body-clock time, the body’s natural connection to dark and light for easy everyday living … in total compatibility with our inbuilt human ‘body clock’.

This ‘daylight saving’ needs to be banished forever as a human experiment that is evidenced that the two shall never meet. Body-clock time be hailed ‘the winner’ for easy living, not that imposed clock-time ‘put out there’ as the most wonderful experiment ever but actually ‘attacks the human body-clock’ by causing sleep problems, health problems and many other wrongs. If this is such an impost, go for the four-year trial of no daylight saving and actually compare the difference to both or is that too much of a ‘fair action’ for reliable evidence? That’s the challenge – to be brave to have a four-year comparison or be continuing controlled by further ‘daylight saving’?
