Gunnedah Day VIEW held another well-attended and interesting meeting on Friday 28 August.
The guest speaker was Deb Cunningham, from Falls Prevention.
Deb talked about reasons why people fall, and how to avoid falls and to stay on your feet.
Deb also handed out information for attendees to read as well as an exercise.

She demonstrated to the gathering about how to get up after a fall.
Railway Hotel manager Josh Launders made a quick appearance for Day VIEW to say thank you for all the support he gives to the club and their seven disadvantaged students supported with The Smith Family.
President Joan Harwood presented Josh with a certificate of appreciation. Josh then thanked all ladies for the support they give by having the VIEW meetings there each month.

That brings membership to 45.
VIEW stands for Voice, Interests and Education of Women.
