Jenny Hughes wins division 1 in Thursdaypar event

Good scoring was the order of the day in Thursday’s par event with Jenny Hughes having plus 4, to win division 1 from Helen Baker on plus 2.

Division 2 was won by Jacinta Stanley with plus 3, with Kate Deaves runner-up on plus 2.

Sophie Carter and Lyn Mitchell won nearest the pin balls and the above winners plus Coral Lorimer won balls in the ball competition.

Saturday’s Stableford event was won by Alice Brady with 46 points from Lizzie Higham on 38 points.

Next Tuesday’s event is a stroke and round 1 of the president’s consistency. Round 2 of the consistency is a Stableford next Thursday.
