Weel Aust Industries: a family business continuing to grow

A familiar local business is continuing its family tradition, with Weel Aust Industries Pty Ltd transitioning from Wayne and Maree to the next generation, Shane and Michelle Wheeler.

While the names behind the business have changed, customers can expect the same local service, with Weel Aust Industries continuing to trade from the same location and with the same contact details, proudly servicing Narrabri and the surrounding region.

Weel Aust Industries offers a comprehensive range of products and services for homeowners, farmers, trades and local businesses. The business is a local agent for Briggs & Stratton, Coregas, U-Haul Trailers and Origin LPG, as well as supplying steel and fabrication materials.

The team can measure, quote and install Weel sheds, carports and awnings, along with roller door installation, repairs and servicing. The business also provides fabrication and manufacturing, with the ability to assist with projects of all sizes – no job is too big or too small.

Over the next six months, customers will see some exciting changes to the store and services, as Shane and Michelle build on the business’s existing strengths and look at new ways to improve the customer experience and expand what is available locally.

“We’re incredibly proud to continue what Mum and Dad have built and to support the customers and community that have supported the business over the years,” they said.

As a locally owned and family-operated business, Weel Aust Industries looks forward to continuing to provide quality products, reliable service and a friendly local approach for many years to come.
