Gunnedah soccer player Zach Akinyemi was part of the victorious Northern Inland Academy of Sport Football Club under 13 team to take out the grand final of the Northern League One competition over the long weekend.
The only NIAS team to make the grand final, the under 13s claimed victory over Belmont-Swansea 6-2 at Speer’s Point.
