Tiffany Adams helping Hennessy Real Estate lease more properties

The chance to rejoin the Hennessy Real Estate team was an opportunity not to be missed for Tiffany Adams.

Tiffany started working in reception during the height of COVID in 2020 before moving in to different roles as inspections manager and office manager.

She spent 12 months away from the business, however, was excited to make the return to the Hennessy team last August as the leasing consultant.

“Property management is a high pressure job but very rewarding,” Tiffany said.

“Once you’re in the role, it never leaves you. It’s a job that you fall in love with.”

The chance to rejoin the close-knit Hennessy team was also exciting.

“There were some new faces when I returned,” she said.

“It’s like a family here … you know that we all have each other’s backs.”

As the leasing consultant, Tiffany ensures that each property managed by Hennessy Real Estate has the right tenant.

She finds great pride in meeting that objective, usually in record time.

“Property owners put trust in us as well as our advice,” she said.

“We are leasing properties quicker and are also managing more properties.”

During the last eight months since she has returned, 135 properties have been leased and the list of assets managed by Hennessy continues to grow.

Tiffany credits the outstanding results as a team effort.

Excellent customer service is at the core of Tiffany’s role, and it is something she takes great pride in.

Tiffany has also been responsible for compiling tenant bags and tenancy handbooks for prospective and current tenants.

“I find satisfaction in helping people who are looking to relocate,” she said.

“I’m a real people person. I’m at the front desk and generally the second person you’ll see when you enter the office most times.”
