A broad range of vehicles will compete in Round 8 of the NSW State Hillclimb Championships at Gunnedah this weekend.
Staged on Apex Drive at Gunnedah’s “Mount Porcupine”, practice will be held on Saturday afternoon before the main event on Sunday.
There will be a courtesy bus for spectators to ascend the hill, or walking tracks if people wish to see the many enthusiast vehicles of Subaru Impreza, Honda, Toyota V8 and MR 2 and Corona, Mitsubishi Evo, Renault, Ford Laser and Excel, Lotus Exige, Volkswagen Beetle, Nissan Pulsar and Datsun 1200, Mazda RX 8 and MX5, Commodore V8s, and several very quick open wheeler clubman style sports cars, all contesting the championships.
Spectators are welcome on the day, as well as people who wish to help or participate on the day.
