Gunnedah’s representative cricket season starts this Sunday with a home match against Gwydir at Wolseley Park.

This will be the first of three round-robin fixtures for Gunnedah in the MA Connolly Cup as Pool B contains Gunnedah, Gwydir, Narrabri and Moree while Pool A comprises Old Boys, Quirindi and Tamworth.

Moree and Narrabri will face off this Saturday while Quirindi takes on Tamworth.

Round two will be on November 10.
