A star-studded line-up of locals and internationals will descend on the Gunnedah-based Balcary Park this weekend for the title-deciding fifth and sixth rounds of the Yamaha Blu Cru Aussie Flat Track Nationals (AFTN).
The American contingent will include Dallas Daniels and Tom Drane while locals include Daniel Wicks and Jordan Dall.
More than 400 points will be up for grabs, with 122 points currently separating first from fifth.
Hailing from the Queensland town of Gympie, Jarred Brook holds the lead and has performed well on the Gunnedah track in the past.
Series organiser Dave Maddock said the AFTN was very excited to head to Gunnedah for the season finale as
it was always a well-prepared, fast track.
Maddock described Daniels, Drane, and Max Whale as some of the fastest flat trackers on the planet, while the event had one of the best flat track line-ups ever assembled in Australia.
The schedule for both days comprises practice and qualifying, followed by Pro 450 Superpole, racing and the podium presentations.
With the flat track racing on day one and TT racing on day two, the racing involves four races per class from six to 15 laps in length.
