Gunnedah Jockey Club recently hosted the 2025 Boggabri Cup and Snow Carrigan Memorial events at Riverside Racecourse.
The weather was warm but comfortable for racegoers in the picturesque Gunnedah setting among the shade trees.
Binnaway visitor Jess Skinner won best dressed in the women’s fashions in the field competition. Runner-up was Kate Groves from Gunnedah who is the grand-daughter to the late Snow Carrigan whose race is named in his memory.
The millinery winner for best hat was Katie Goldrick from Gunnedah.
In the men’s category, Zee Robards (Boggabri) was judged best dressed while Ryan Longstaff, also from Boggabri, was runner-up.
Fashions in the field judge Mary Browne thanked all entrants for their participation.
