The Gunnedah Times reported on Steve Warren’s triumph of pedaling from Gunnedah to Curlewis to raise money for mental health last month. The $1230 raised from riding 24kms with family and friends went to the organisation ‘batyr’. Steve was determined to do something after loosing his son, Mark, to suicide. Among those cheering the riders on were children from Curlewis Public School, who received high-fives and high praise from Steve.
