SPONSORS were in the spotlight as Gunnedah Rugby Club hosted Quirindi at the Wandobah Road fields on Saturday.

The Red Devils women kicked off sponsors’ day with a powerful performance, defeating Quirindi 77-0.

Sienna Burr and Madisan Rogers added four tries to the board each while Courtney Jordan bagged two and Lucy Bomford also added to the tally.

Madisan Rogers was in fine form with 11 successful conversions.
Reserve grade went down to Quirindi 19-44.

Tries were scored by Sandy McArthur, Toby Robinson and Neil Swain while Hugh Kennedy and Swain also scored successful conversions.
Qurindi were in strong form for first grade, defeating the Red Devils 63-7.
