A STABLEFORD event was played last Tuesday with results taken over the field.
Kate Deaves won with a great score of 42 points from Sally Toppin who won on a countback from Di Hasler with 35 points.
Alison Dawson-Bee was nearest-the-pin on the second and Sophie Carter on the seventh.
Balls were won by the placegetters as well as Sophie Carter.
The semi-finals of the single matchplay were decided on Tuesday with Helen Baker and Judy Lee advancing to the finals to be played on Tuesday 25 August.
An Ambrose was played last Thursday and was won by Michelle Johnston and Jane McWhirter with their score of 72.25.
Nearest-the-pins on the second and seventh holes were won by Sally Toppin and Lizzie Jones.
Balls were won by the two winners along with Helen Baker and Sally Toppin.
