Seven Gunnedah tennis juniors mixed it with the best in the state at the Junior Development Series (JDS) NSW Champion of Champions event from last Friday to Sunday.
The Gunnedah juniors acquitted themselves well amid some tough competition, while achieving placings from 11th to 26th.
Lachlan Finnerty, Buddy Ryan and Harry Tudgey competed at the Nepean courts while Adalie Muddle, Millie Lyle, Molly Murphy and Eileen Murphy competed at the Springwood courts.
Lachlan placed 17th while Buddy placed 25th in the U10 boys division, and Harry placed 13th in the U12s.
Adalie placed 18th while Millie was 20th in the U10 girls, and Molly came 26th in the U14 age group while Eileen was 11th in the U16s.
