Terms & Conditions – Collective Christmas 2025 Shop Local Promotion
- Eligibility
- Entry is open to customers over the age of 18 who participate in The Courier or Gunnedah Times 2025 Christmas Shop Local promotion.
- Employees of Collective Media and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
- How to Enter
- Customers will receive:
- One (1) entry ticket for every $20 spent in a participating store, up to a maximum spend of $200.
- One (1) entry ticket for every $50 spent thereafter, up to a maximum spend of $5,000.
- Tickets are issued by participating stores at the point of purchase.
- Completed tickets can be placed in the entry boxes at participating stores or at the Gunnedah Times office.
- Only original entry tickets will be accepted. Duplicates, photocopies, or altered tickets will be void.
- Entries close at 12 noon on Friday, 12 December 2025.
- Prizes
- The prize pool for each publication is as follows:
1st – $3,000 (gift card)
2nd – Wilderluxe Lake Keepit – 2 nights accommodation for 2 adults (not transferrable)
3rd – $1,000 (gift card)

- Total prize pool: $6,000 distributed as digital pre-loaded gift cards.
- Conditions of Prizes
- Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- Cash prizes will be issued in the form of a digital gift card/voucher.
- Gift cards/vouchers can only be redeemed at participating local businesses as determined by the promoter.
- Any unused balance after the expiry date will not be refunded, replaced, or exchanged.

- Draw Details
- The Courier: Prize draw will be conducted by random barrel draw at the Narrabri Christmas Carnival on Friday, 12 December 2025.
- Gunnedah Times: Prize draw will be conducted by random barrel draw at the Gunnedah Times office at 3pm on Friday, 12 December 2025.
- Winners do not need to be present at the draw to claim their prize.
- Winner Notification
- Winners will be notified directly using the details provided at entry.
- Prize winners for each promotion will be published in The Courier and Gunnedah Times on Thursday, 18 December 2025.
- Verification
- The promoter reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of prize winners. Proof of identity may be required.
- Liability
