Gunnedah Public School student Lucy Byrnes represented the Gunnedah zone in two events at last month’s North West regional swimming carnival at the Armidale pool.
The grade 6 pupil swam in the 12 years girls age group, while other swimmers came from public schools from various locations including Armidale, Tamworth, Quirindi and Coolah.
