The new Gunnedah Shire Community Strategic Plan is one of the most important plans council puts together because it lays the groundwork for where the shire is heading over the next 10 years. My name is Russell Brodbeck, I am 92 years old. I live at Caringbah, but I am originally from Gunnedah where most of my family lived all of their lives.
