Gunnedah Showground arena will come to life on the Wednesday of AgQuip when rodeo riders challenge the Xtreme Bulls and Xtreme Broncs in the ride of their life.
The rodeo is one of the most popular events on the rodeo circuit, with locals and visitors alike crowding around the arena for a breath-taking spectacle.
This is one high adrenaline sport that is fast becoming one of the sporting and social highlights of the agriculture field days, with the event sure to have spectators on the edge of their seats.
As the gates open and cowboys and girls hang on for dear life, the crowd goes wild in anticipation of the bell to end the ride and crown the rider in glory – if they are not dumped unceremoniously in the dust.
Bring the family along for this action-packed fun filled night of entertainment, presented by Gunnedah Show Society and the Australian Professional Rodeo Association (APRA).
The gates open at 5pm and the rodeo starts at 5:30pm. Full bar and canteen facilities will be available as well as eftpos. Entry is $15 for adults and $10 per child. Five and under are free.
