GUNNEDAH Speedway Club was well represented at Oakburn Park for the last race of the season with 22 nominations being received. Tamworth Motorcycle Club Inc tried something different for this race meeting by adding a Ladies’ Round for both experienced drivers and rookie drivers. Between the two divisions of ladies there were 12 cars either owned by the drivers or shared with another division. All in all they had a blast and said they would do it again if they had the chance. DYLAN SMITH The Wallabies are gearing up for the Nations Championship Test from July with the squad to again feature former Gunnedah Red Devil Harry Wilson. Wilson, who has played with the Queensland Reds Super Rugby Pacific team this year, was among the 20 forwards announced for the series that kicks off at Sydney’s Allianz Stadium next month. The Wallabies play their first three games on home soil in Sydney, Brisbane and Perth in July.
