Owners and founders Lauren and Ben Roberston have been in the industry for 20 years and are a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and understanding when it comes to real estate in Gunnedah and surrounding districts. The husband and wife team have been helping people buy, sell and rent properties for years, expertly guiding clients through their real estate journey.
Lauren and Ben are supported by their motivated and qualified team – office manager and property manager Rosa Areces, who has been with them since the business was first established, assistant sales agent Alice Mitchell and their newest recruit, receptionist Chelsea Palmer.
With a growing team, the office has undergone refurbishment, with the window display and the space upgraded, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome to customers with the open plan design of the offices making accessibility to the entire team, easy.
Lauren said that she and Ben are always there to guarantee clients receive experienced advice first hand.
“The market is busy in all areas of real estate and I have just received my stock and station agent licence, so we are now selling rural properties,” Lauren said.
“We use state-of-the-art marketing tools such as virtual tours of properties, including rentals and this combined with our social media campaigns have been very successful in moving property and obtaining excellent results for our clients.
“I am a Gunnedah girl and a fourth generation real estate agent. It is so helpful knowing the history of the properties we are selling or leasing, as well as knowing the people in the area and they know us.”
Lauren met Ben after graduating university in Sydney where they started working together for a high-end travel company.
The dynamic duo had the opportunity to help plan exciting itineraries for internationally recognised business such as Coca-Cola, Caltex and IBM at the Sydney 2000 Olympics.
Ben and Lauren have also worked for different five-star hotel chains in sales and marketing and corporate sales, before making the move to Gunnedah and joining Lauren’s family business, Ewing Real Estate, where they stayed for 17 years before starting their own, Robertson Real Estate.
